A picture of summer

It’s a rainy autumn day. I have been looking through some of the pictures I have captured in the summer. I found this lovely image on my phone of a common blue butterfly. I needed to have some patients taking the picture because the subject kept flying away when I approached. The end result I think is superb. Having these colourful invertebrates in the garden is a welcome sight.
